John Johnson Fire Retardant Canvas Tarps have an added level of fire protection. Flame Retardant Tarps are made with long-lasting top-grade cotton canvas material and are well-suited for outdoor applications and environments where there is potential for a fire occurring, or flames (from a campfire, candle, lantern, etc.) being near.
Flame Retardant Canvas Tarps are also treated to resist mildew and water and can withstand outdoor environments for long periods of time. The Dry Finishing process eliminates the strong odor and wax-like feel that is a found in a traditional cotton canvas tarp. It also wont bleed or stain like cotton canvas and there is minimum shrinkage with the durable polyester fabric in olive.
