3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 spray cup system kits, replacement lids, hard cups and sealing plugs, plus the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun, whose quick-change atomizing heads connect directly to PPS Series 2.0 cups.
How PPS Series 2.0 Works
Coatings are mixed and measured in a disposable liner inside a reusable hard cup with mix ratios molded in, filtered through the lid, and sprayed at any angle. Sealing plugs cap the lid to protect leftover material.
Kits – each lid and liner kit contains 50 disposable lids with full-diameter 200-micron filters, 50 liners, 1 reusable hard cup and 32 sealing plugs.
Sizes – Mini 6.8 fl oz (200 mL), Midi 13.5 fl oz (400 mL), Standard 22 fl oz (650 mL) and Large 28 fl oz (850 mL).
Replacement parts – Standard/Large lids fit both of those cup sizes; sealing plugs fit every PPS Series 2.0 lid size.
