FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
Safety Services, Inc. offers FREE ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US on all orders over $100! Some exclusions apply which are outlined below.
In-stock items typically ship out the same day you order them as long as the order is placed before 3pm EST, Monday through Friday.
SSI SHIPPING DAYS
Please note: Orders are not processed over the weekend. Standard deliveries are on business days M-F. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you have any questions, call our customer care team at 800-632-2955.
Unless faced with circumstances beyond our control – weather, carrier delays, Armageddon – we will ship according to your selected delivery option. Please be sure to provide accurate data at check out. Incorrect information may cause additional delays (watch out for that autocorrect)!
LTL or Expedited shipping is available upon request. Simply contact our customer care team at 800-632-2955 and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Some expedited shipping options are limited, for example, Next Day Air Saturday is not available in all areas. Again, please give us a call if you require this service.
Item lead times may vary where items are shipped from the manufacturer. Expedited shipping is NOT available for third-party items.
We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Please note: Some products may require an additional surcharge due to special delivery needs that result from factors such as product weight and size. You will be notified if your order is affected by additional surcharges at the time of shipment.

Some items are excluded from free shipping. We reserve the right to exclude free shipping on:
Items over 100 lbs.
Special order items.
Items shipped outside of the lower 48 states.

YOU CAN RETURN PRODUCTS IN NEW, UNUSED, AND RESALABLE CONDITION FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND WITHIN 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE ON THE RECEIPT UPON APPROVAL OF A COMPLETED RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION FORM.
PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY SAFETY SERVICES RETURN. PRODUCTS SOLD ON A “FINAL SALE” BASIS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20% WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS.

PLEASE CONTACT US TO OBTAIN A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION FORM FOR APPROVAL ON YOUR RETURN REQUEST.
YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS IN-PERSON TO ANY SAFETY SERVICES, INC LOCATION. YOU MAY ALSO REQUEST A RETURN MAILING LABEL TO SHIP YOUR RETURN TO SAFETY SERVICES. WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT TO US PLEASE MAKE SURE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- CAREFULLY PACKAGE THE ITEM AND INCLUDE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT AND THE RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION. IF THE RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION IS NOT FILLED OUT COMPLETELY YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- PLACE THE RETURN MAILING LABEL ON THE CARTON
- PLEASE WRITE THE RGA NUMBER ON THE SIDE OF THE CARTON
- THE RGA EXPIRES 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE LISTED ON THE AUTHORIZATION FORM. IF THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AFTER THE 30 DAYS, IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM SAFETY SERVICES.
CREDIT AND EXCHANGES:
SSI ACCOUNT HOLDERS: YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND OR A CREDIT MEMO TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
CREDIT MEMOS EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM ISSUE DATE.
CASH OR CREDIT CUSTOMERS: CREDIT WILL BE RECEIVED IN THE FORM OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
EXCHANGES: DUE TO COVID-19, SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE RETURN OF CERTAIN PRODUCTS. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER.

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENT POLICY
IF PORCH PIRATES MAKE A GETAWAY WITH YOUR SHIPMENT (OR IT OTHERWISE FAILS TO GET TO YOU), YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE VALUE OF THE ITEM SO THAT WE CAN EXPEDITE A NEW ORDER TO YOU. CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE MISSING SHIPMENT. SHIPMENTS WHERE PROOF OF DELIVERY IS CONSISTENT WITH DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS POLICY.
