The Dräger PAS Colt is a hip-mounted supplied air respirator (SAR) that combines airline respiratory protection, short-duration SCBA, and emergency escape capability in one 3-in-1 system for industrial task work such as confined space entry. Airflow activates automatically on the first breath through a positive-pressure lung demand valve, and it is NIOSH-approved for use up to 300 feet or 12 hose sections from the air source.
