Accuform LOTO Gate Valve KDD470 - Stopout - Plastic - Fits 1"-2-1/2" - Red

Lockout devices control energy sources and ensure machine and equipment remain inoperable to prevent unexpected start-up or release of stored energy in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements. Prevent gate valve handles from being turned with STOPOUT® Gate Valve Lockouts. The hinged clamshell housing is designed to fully enclose the valve handle to prevent unauthorized access. The tough thermoplastic, polypropylene device is a bright hazard red color, and features a durable, impact-resistant aluminum hinge with permanent binding pin. Shackle hole secures with padlock (not included.) Includes "DANGER LOCKED OUT" labels (English, Spanish, and French) with space to write more information as needed. Fits gate valve handle diameter 1" to 2 1/2" and has 1 shackle hole for securing with padlock (not included.)
