Accuform LOTO Wall Switch KDD139 - Stopout - Universal - Rocker/Toggle or Flat Paddle - Red - 4-1/2" x 1-5/8" x 7/8"

The STOPOUT™ Universal Blockout Wall Switch Cover attaches to existing switch plate screw(s) and fully encloses the entire switch. The unique design reduces error – applies only in direction of desired lockout position - on or off. Works on both rocker/toggle and flat paddle switch styles. The cover folds down to block screws and switch access – secure with a padlock (not included.)
