3M™ Secure Click™ Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge/Filter P100 D80923 has the 3M Secure Click™ connection style. The 3M™ Secure Click™ connection style enables a quick, simple connection of the respirator filter cartridges. Simply align the connections on the facepiece and cartridge/filter and push until you hear a click. The innovative 3M Secure Click connection helps provide wearers confidence that the cartridges/filters are installed properly. Also, the Secure Click cartridges/filters are dual-flow to allow easier breathing. Two dual-flow cartridges/filters on each respirator combine to create four airflow paths in the world’s first quad-flow cartridge respirator filter system providing greater breathability and comfort.
The 3M™ Secure Click Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge/Filter P100 D80923 is NIOSH-approved for use against certain organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride/sulfur dioxide, or chlorine dioxide or hydrogen sulfide and oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants when used with approved 3M™ Secure Click™ facepieces. Refer to the 3M™ Respirator Selection Guide for a list of chemicals for which these cartridges/filters can be used. The D80923 is not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or for sandblasting.
Change 3M™ Secure Click Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge/Filter P100 D80923 in accordance to your well-documented change-out schedule or earlier if smell, taste or irritation from contaminants is detected. Replace the cartridges/filters if it becomes damaged or if breathing becomes difficult.
